With this current market data, we will be able to determine what your home might sell for if you decide to put it on the market. There is no cost or obligation for this valuable service.
What we do to help sell your HOME.
1. List your home in the state wide MLS System.
2. Advertise your home in other forms of electronic media in an effort to find a buyer.
3. Advertise your home in print media.
4. Hold an open house to the general public.
5. Hold a broker open house which will show all the attributes of your home to the professional group of Realtors in your area.
6. All showings will be assisted. This means that I will be present every time a buyer wishes to view your propertry.
We hope to sell you home in a period of six months. This allows us to take advantage of all of our advertiment avenues.
For these services we are compensated with a 6% commission paid at closing.
