On occasion, a Home may not be in a financial position to pay the standard 6% commision and take advantage of all the tools a Real Estate professional can use.  Under these circumstances I can offer to different programs that will provide the Home Seller with options.  These two programs are listed below.

4% Commission Program

Under this program I will do the following:

1.  List your home in the state wide MLS System.

2.  Advertise your home in other forms of electronic media in an effort to find a buyer.

3.  Hold a broker open house which will show all the attributes of your home to the professional group of Realtors in your area.

 The goal of this program is to sell your home in 6 months.

5% Commission Program

In addition to the items listed in the 4% program, I will do the following:

4.  Hold two open houses to the general public during the 6 month listing.

5.   All showings will be assisted.  This means that I will be present every time a buyer wished to view your property.
